Q. Compensation for damage to vehicles
We have a dedicated insurance policy for the event, included in the participation fee per person.
Q. Guarantee of minimum running time
Depending on the number of people, you can simply steer for about 1.5 hours. Although it may seem short when only the time is listed, due to the tension and the gravity that is not usually experienced, even 30 minutes is actually a very tiring number of hours.
Q. If a vehicle is unavailable on the day of the event
2 out of 3 vehicles will be shared.
Basically, we ask for your understanding in case of force majeure. In such cases, a discount on the next participation fee (from 20%)
Q. Substantial tardiness
No refund will be provided.
Q. Accompanying person support (ride-along, meals)
10,000 yen/person for a ride with meals
Meals only: 5,000 yen/person
Q. What should I wear?
We recommend wearing long sleeves and long pants that do not expose skin, and flat, flexible soles. Also, as this is an open circuit, we recommend that you dress appropriately for the weather.
*Flip-flops and high-heeled shoes are not permitted.
Q. Do you provide helmets and racing suits?
We offer race-specific helmets that have undergone a rigorous antimicrobial cleaning process. Racing suits are not required, but aspiring racing drivers may wear their own.
*If you have a racing suit, we encourage you to wear it.
Q. Do I need gloves?
No, we do not. If you need gloves for your experience, we will provide them.
If you do not need gloves, you may wear your own gloves.
Q. Inclement Weather
All driving programs will be held rain or shine. In the event that Fuji International Speedway has decided to close the circuit due to inclement weather, the customer can choose either ask for full refund or reschedule the program..
Please note that if inclement weather interferes with any part of the driving program for which you have applied, the driving program may be cancelled and replaced with other program that is less affected by the weather. (Partial refund will be given)
The Racetrack driving experience may be cancelled or suspended for safety reasons even in the event of rain that does not lead to heavy rain, regardless of the provisions of the registration form or other regulations. In that case, you will receive a full refund.
Q. Cancellation
For Fuji Speedway Racetrack Driving Experience,
If you cancel your reservation for a driving program up to 91 days prior to the requested date of the driving program, you will receive a full refund, but a cancellation fee of 60,000 yen will be charged. If cancellations are made up to 90 days prior to the date of the driving program, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
For 1 hour Supercars Driving Experience,
if you cancel your reservation at least 31 days prior to the program date, you will be refunded the full amount paid, but a cancellation fee of 6,000 yen will be charged.
If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days of the driving program you have applied for, 100% of the total amount paid will be charged as a cancellation fee and no refund will be given.
Cancellation without notice:
If you fail to show up for your reserved driving program at the scheduled start time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total fees paid and no refunds or rescheduling will be made. Cancellations due to weather, traffic, or airline connection problems are also non-refundable.
