1. ​Individuals with 8 or more years of driving experience. Or Individuals with Circuit License/Racing License holders
2. Must hold a Valid Driver’s (International) License
3. ​Must hold a Valid passport (For Non Japanese citizens)
4. Must agree to follow the instructor’s instructions at all times and agree to the terms and conditions
5. ​Must not have a pre-existing medical condition that would interfere with driving
6. Must be Healthy and fit for the purpose of driving
7. Must be aged between 26-69 years old
8. ​Must be capable of understanding basic English or Japanese

Full program fee must be paid by online payment (Paypal) at the time of application.

In the event that a customer causes damage to a vehicle or to the facilities of the Fuji International Speedway while driving a vehicle during a driving program, in principle, with the prior consent of the customer, compensation will be claimed for such damage to a customer’s Online Payment (Paypal) that were used at the time of application (however, the maximum amount of compensation is 1,000,000 yen per accident).

If you purchase the optional “Safty Pack” (5,000 yen), the maximum amount of liability for damages mentioned above will be reduced to 200,000 yen per accident. In order to be eligible for the package, customers must purchase it prior to participating in either of the driving programs.

Reservation Changes:
After you have made a reservation for a driving program, depending on availability, you may change the date or program you wish to attend only once, up to 31 days prior to the date of the driving program for which you have applied, for a change fee of 10,000 yen.

Note:
Reservations cannot be changed for any reason less than 30 days prior to the date of the driving program for which you have applied.

For Fuji Speedway Racetrack Driving Experience,
If you cancel your reservation for a driving program up to 91 days prior to the requested date of the driving program, you will receive a full refund, but a cancellation fee of 60,000 yen will be charged. If cancellations are made up to 90 days prior to the date of the driving program, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.

For 1 hour Supercars Driving Experience,
if you cancel your reservation at least 31 days prior to the program date, you will be refunded the full amount paid, but a cancellation fee of 6,000 yen will be charged.
If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days of the driving program you have applied for, 100% of the total amount paid will be charged as a cancellation fee and no refund will be given.

Cancellation without notice:
If you fail to show up for your reserved driving program at the scheduled start time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total fees paid and no refunds or rescheduling will be made. Cancellations due to weather, traffic, or airline connection problems are also non-refundable.

Please allow plenty of time for your schedule.

On the day of your visit, please be sure to check in at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of the driving program for which you have registered.
Please note that even if you do not arrive in time for the start of the driving program, we will not be able to extend the driving program beyond the allotted time or refund the driving program fee.

For safety reasons, please wear long sleeves and long trousers with little exposed skin.
Clothing that can be removed depending on the weather is preferable.
Wear footwear suitable for driving, such as sneakers or flat heeled shoes.
Sandals and high-heeled shoes are not allowed.
Helmets and gloves for this driving experience will be provided by ______

All driving programs will be held rain or shine. In the event that Fuji International Speedway has decided to close the circuit due to inclement weather, the customer can choose either ask for full refund or reschedule the program..

Please note that if inclement weather interferes with any part of the driving program for which you have applied, the driving program may be cancelled and replaced with other program that is less affected by the weather. (Partial refund will be given)

The Racetrack driving experience may be cancelled or suspended for safety reasons even in the event of rain that does not lead to heavy rain, regardless of the provisions of the registration form or other regulations. In that case, you will receive a full refund.

Because the driving programs we offer to our clients are physically demanding on our clients, participants must be in good health. Women who are pregnant or have a history of epilepsy, heart attack, angina, stroke, or other serious health conditions should not participate.

Participants must not have any known physical or mental disability that could put themselves or others at risk by participating in the scheduled driving program course.

Those who are prone to motion sickness should take appropriate precautions, take anti-nausea medication, and refrain from eating prior to the experience.
